After our neighbor passed away the husband decided to sell the rental mobile home nextdoor. It didnt take long and it was sold. It was sold to a young couple. This new occupant was no stranger to the hill. He had parents that lived around the corner. We seemed pleased at this point that aleast someone reletivly close had purchased the land. And they were a potential good neighbor. And appeared as if this young couple could get married and start a life there. I had seen this guy ,new owner nextdoor to us. At my uncles home. Because he was the son of my uncles landlord. My uncle rented from. I had seen this new neighbor around my uncles rented property throughout the years and he was quite a bit younger than myself. So we did not have much in common. I only knew of him primarily by face and name. My new neighbor hung around my differently abled cousin.
